The entire people of Nkpa, under the aegis of Nkpa Central Development Union has appreciated President Buhari for appointing one of their illustrous sons, Chief Dr. Kingsley Ononogbu (Ihie I of Nkpa), as Chairman of the Governing Board of the National Parks Service (NPS).

In a letter of gratitude written to the President General of the community Bishop Elect Ugoo Nwosu and made available to Newsmen, he stated that the appointment, “reflects the President’s enduring commitment to recognizing capacity, promoting inclusion, and entrusting national assets to visionary leadership.”
